Online Courses:  All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, at no additional cost.  Arrangements also can be made for specific group, studio, or individual classes- please inquire at any time.

Injury Prevention and Management for Dancers:  This course focuses on principles of injury prevention, including aspects of a proper warm-up, technique, and care of the body to minimize strain during class and rehearsals. The course will also cover signs and symptoms of an injury, care at home, and when to see a medical provider.

Course Date:  Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 2:00- 3:30pm (Pacific Time)

Course Fee:  $30 per registrant. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, at no additional cost. Registration required by October 15th.

Dancers Workshop- Injury Prevention and Management:  This 4- week, interactive workshop focuses more in- depth on principles of injury prevention and management, including the importance of the mind- body connection, managing rehearsals and preparations for audition season, active rest, cross- training, and minimizing outside factors that can affect the health of dancers.

Course Dates:  Sundays, November 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2024 from 2:00- 3:30pm (Pacific Time)

Course Fee:  $200 per registrant/ family. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, at no additional cost. Registration required by October 30th.
